Pamekasan, July 2, 2026 — Rumah Zakat distributed 28,000 liters of clean water to communities affected by drought in Larangan Tokol Village, Tlanakan District, and Pegagan Village, Pademawu District, Pamekasan Regency, East Java.
The social initiative was part of the activities commemorating Rumah Zakat’s 28th Anniversary (Milad) and represented a commitment to supporting communities facing difficulties in accessing clean water due to the prolonged dry season and drought.
A total of 28,000 liters of clean water was distributed in stages using two water tanker trucks, reaching approximately 150 households across the two affected villages.
The clean water assistance is expected to help meet residents’ basic daily water needs while easing the burden faced by communities experiencing limited access to water sources during the prolonged dry season.
Through this initiative, Rumah Zakat continues to demonstrate its commitment to serving communities in need and promoting a spirit of sharing, caring, and creating meaningful impact for others.
