Introduction

Africa Intercultural Development Support Trust (AIDEST) team is gratefully informing our development partners, stakeholders, supporters, and individuals and corporates who have contributed to our community projects directly or indirectly, including the GlobalGiving Team of experts who have enabled us to serve others, that, on December, 2024, we are marking 10 years in delivering and extending educational services, skills training and empowerment for children, youths and women, community work, and contributing to energy efficiency, agriculture, waste management, and digital transformation. We want to say; THANK YOU.

Milestones Highlights

I am pleased to inform you that, we made some successes and more networking with partners reached at the close of the year 2023/2024.

The project was able to start a coffee garden sitted on 2-acre land located in Masaka on South of Uganda. This is working as a demonstration to educate community members especially youth to learn new agriculture skills, while incorporating affordable technology and organic farming techniques.

On the same space, we were able to build a rain water harvest dam, to collect water that we can use to irrigate coffee and other crops during dry season.

Financial Highlights

With the donations collected during the Giving Tuesday, one-time donations, recurring donations and that we have collected from self-help projects ...all will be reinvested well in a transparent manner. Some of which will be used to buy more coffee seedlings to plant in the coming season.

Closing remarks

2024 is a few days ending, and 2025 is almost around. We are grateful for your recognition to our causes, and thank the individuals, foundations and companies who have contributed whatever you have offered or donated to help us build resilience among the clients we serve. We hope and pray that, you will continue pledge your support during this coming year. We will always provide reports  and present them to you to show what impact your donation is making. We empower sustainable skills.

HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Sincerely,

Herman, Rose, Angel
