STEADILY SOARING AHEAD
Despite the Global Pandemic COVID -19 that saw the onset of this project, the College braved through, and even now as the country experiences a staggering economy, the college has stayed focused on its GlobalGiving Project goal, to Provide-Clean-Water-To-Over-1800-Nyamongeans.
Working with our GlobalGiving partners and through direct funding, the college has soared steadily with its project objectives as envisioned.
The College’s dream to provide access to clean safe drinking water to the Nyamonge Community is shaping up with every turn of the project. At the moment the College is geared to the second last phase of its Water Project, which is the installation of a water tower.
This phase of the project as you will see in the attached photos received direct funding; and the intent is to realize its completion through the upcoming Little by Little GlobalGiving Campaign. The completion of the Water Tower will help the college to give reliable and lasting access to clean and safe drinking water to over 1800 Nyamonge Community.
The institute will be able to finally curb issues pertaining to Sanitation and hygiene; besides, it will even indulge in community training on behavior change, to improve health benefits of clean water.
As the college braces for a Water Tower, the prospects to maintain its vegetable garden, orchard, and to keep the campus green is becoming real.
The expectation is that the college is going to provide an enriched learning environment to aid its students and pupils discover their purpose and be able to make a difference in the society upon completion.
The intent is to exploit every opportunity available through GlobalGiving Website, to have this project serve the college and its community for many years.
