ICA Nepal conducted series of awareness raising activities through STEM education in the month of February. The targeted groups are schools from Siraha and Sankhuwasabha District. We reached to several schools that provided education to children from Dalit and marginalized communities. All the schools we visited did not have science lab and most of them did not even have computer labs. The quality of education of children studying in these schools is compromised. ICA Nepal is committed to improving the quality of education in rural schools of Nepal by providing awareness on STEM education and supporting schools to create science lab.
