Psychological Support – Healing, Care, and Emotional Well-Being

Each week, our beneficiaries receive psychological support, creating a safe and trusting space where they can share their experiences, heal emotional wounds, and grow stronger. These sessions help families cope with daily challenges, improve communication, and develop emotional resilience.

The impact is clear: stronger family relationships, increased self-confidence, emotional stability, and renewed hope.

Economic Empowerment – Generating Income and Opportunity

In 2026, Project AMA continues to offer women real opportunities to generate their own income through entrepreneurship and participation in our social initiatives. Alongside this, beneficiaries receive capacity-building workshops on basic financial management, helping women—many of them heads of household—organize, plan, and make informed decisions about their family’s resources.

This knowledge empowers women to strengthen their independence, plan for the future, and create sustainable opportunities for themselves and their families.

Workshops on Violence Prevention, Self-Esteem, and Empowerment

Our program continues to provide workshops focused on:

• Preventing and eradicating domestic violence

• Strengthening self-esteem and confidence

• Empowering women to advocate for their rights

Through these sessions, women gain tools, courage, and support to build safer, healthier, and more dignified households.

Holistic Support – Meeting Essential Needs

As part of our commitment to comprehensive care, Project AMA also provides families with:

• Access to donations of clothing and household items

• Emotional support and empowerment activities

• Targeted health support, including assistance with medical services in specific cases where families face urgent needs

We are excited to announce that very soon we will offer new workshops focused on:

• Sexual health education and prevention

• Family planning and reproductive health

• First aid training

• Diabetes prevention and management

• Other essential health and wellness topics
