During the first months of the year, the AMA Program continued strengthening itself as a safe space for emotional support, psychological assistance, and empowerment for vulnerable women and families.
Through experiential workshops, group activities, and individual therapeutic processes, the program focused on strengthening self-esteem, mental health, emotional well-being, and family relationships.

These spaces allowed many women to strengthen their confidence, learn tools to manage anxiety and stress, improve family relationships, and regain hope in their personal journeys.
In addition to the group workshops, the program also provided individual psychological support to address issues such as:
Many participants showed significant progress in their emotional well-being, personal autonomy, and quality of life, with several successfully completing their therapeutic processes.
The AMA Program continues reaffirming its commitment to supporting women and families through a humane, holistic, and community-centered approach, promoting spaces for healing, empowerment, and the construction of a more dignified and hopeful future.
