In 2025, we continued strengthening our vocational training program inside prisons, expanding learning opportunities for people who are working to rebuild their lives.
Throughout the year, we delivered 18 training courses totaling 717 hours of instruction. The courses included literacy, digital skills, electricity, cooking, and other trades that provide practical tools for employment and greater independence.
A total of 344 people enrolled in these trainings, exceeding our annual goal by 15%. In addition, the number of courses increased by 38% compared to 2024, reflecting the growing interest and commitment from participants.
Each class becomes much more than a learning space. It is a moment to discover new abilities, regain confidence, and begin imagining a different future — one with more opportunities and a path away from recidivism.
