This program opens the doors of knowledge to the Spartans, making them feel capable of learning and valuable for what they can contribute to their environment with what they have learned.

In 2024, 300 students received training. We offered workshops in literacy, sewing, entrepreneurship, conscious economy, electricity, digital skills, English, and artistic makeup to expand the Spartans' opportunities for social and labor reintegration. We achieved this through 13 training courses, spanning over 350 hours of classes.
