In July and August 2024, we welcomed volunteers from a financial company who visited the Espartanos at Unit 47 of San Martín to kick off a series of workshops on financial skills, job interviews, and resume building.
During these sessions, different volunteers from the company will join us to provide tools that facilitate their reintegration into the labor market. We thank each of them for their commitment to building a more inclusive society and for saying yes to second chances.
The Professional Development Workshops project promotes the training of the Spartans through literacy, formal, and technical education. It opens the doors of knowledge to the Spartans, making them feel capable of learning and valuable for what they can contribute to their surroundings with what they have learned.
