Over the reporting period, Gynocare continued working to make cervical cancer prevention more accessible to women and girls in underserved communities in Kenya. Through community outreach and school-based activities, our team provided health education, cervical cancer screening, and HPV vaccination, helping women and girls understand their risk and the importance of prevention and early detection.
Our outreach approach brings services closer to communities where distance, cost, and limited access to information can prevent women from seeking care. Women identified through screening who require further assessment or treatment are connected to appropriate follow-up care, while girls are reached through school-based HPV vaccination activities.
We are also continuing to strengthen awareness around cervical cancer prevention so that screening and HPV vaccination become part of routine health-seeking behavior rather than something women access only when they develop symptoms.
Every woman reached represents an opportunity to prevent a future cancer diagnosis. With continued support, Gynocare can extend these services to more underserved communities and help more women and girls access prevention, early detection, and timely care.
Thank you to our supporters for helping us bring cervical cancer prevention closer to the women and girls who need it most.
