It is true that income discrimination of women make them vulnerable, deprived & neglected. Only an integrated approach can lead their livelihood sustained. Through our integrated approach are an integration of programs like skill training, promote product & technical & financial support with market linkage, the women can out of poverty. We do it through skill development of women, enhance productivity, market linkage and provide start-up fund for new business which create employment opportunity.
In Bangladesh lack of skills poses a significant obstacle to create employment opportunity. Women are the most backward to employment sector, they have failed to contributing her family income growth. It was easy to break the poverty cycle if joint action to be accounted. Significant participation of women in business is needed to lift out the poverty. It is great challenge to engage the women successfully to self business for generating income which will empower themselves and their families.
Proposed project, aims to creation of self-business & create new employment of unprivileged for livelihoods through training, promote product, marketing linkages etc. Firstly, we will develop their skills for quality production & provide technical & financial support to set up a business. Secondly, we will link to local market for selling their products. Thirdly, gradually we will link to national and international market according to demand. Thus will create employments & ensure income of poor.
Short term & long term impact which are below: 1. Entrepreneurship skills will develop and opportunities will create for managing viable small enterprises by the selected 100 unprivileged. 2. The poor women will be engaged in year round farm based livelihood options which will generate regular income with a way to increase of assets. 3. The poor women will have long & continuous engagement into the value chains and other enterprises which impact their income, lifestyle & livelihood.
