Plant 50,000 Trees In Northern Rwanda

Dear Patron,

We are delighted to share with you our latest progress on the 50,000 Tree Planting Initiative, a project dedicated to restoring our environment, improving soil fertility, and strengthening climate resilience within our community.

Our nursery development work is actively ongoing. The team continues to:

• Fill plastic nursery bags with soil

• Place young saplings into the bags for early growth

• Water and monitor germination closely

• Maintain proper shading and spacing to support healthy development

These foundational stages are critical to ensuring strong, resilient seedlings that will later be transplanted into the field.

The attached image shows the team at work inside the nursery. Rows of young seedlings can be seen neatly arranged in plastic bags. One individual is watering the tender plants using a green watering can, while others are sorting and placing saplings into bags with care and precision. This picture reflects dedication, teamwork, and steady momentum toward our 50,000-tree goal.

We sincerely appreciate your support and partnership. Thanks to you, our mission continues to grow ; just like the seedlings in our nursery. Activities are ongoing, expansion is in progress, and we remain committed to seeing these young trees reach maturity and contribute to long-term environmental restoration.
