Challenge

Unsustainable land use, deforestation, and climate change have led to soil erosion, loss of vegetation, and reduced agricultural productivity. Without restoration, degraded land continues to worsen, affecting livelihoods and environmental health.

Solution

This project will engage community members to plant 1,000 native and climate-resilient trees on degraded land. Participants will receive training on tree planting, care, and maintenance to ensure high survival rates and long-term environmental benefits.

Long-Term Impact

The project will restore degraded land, improve soil quality, increase tree cover, enhance biodiversity, and strengthen community resilience to climate change.
