Challenge

Addressing environmental pollution, "Pick Up China" addresses the harm plastic waste inflicts on nature. Beyond raising awareness, we're mobilizing resources and fostering cross-industry collaboration to implement data-driven strategies. Our goal is to encourage sustained community engagement and advocate for policies that support long-term environmental protection.

Solution

The project employs strategic actions: 1) Building a national cleanup network and nurturing youth leaders to boost industry collaboration. 2) Creating "Pick Up Planet," a digital tool that leverages research for informed advocacy. 3) Adapting "World Cleanup Day" to engage communities and blend art with eco-education. 4) Enhancing project management to drive environmental welfare and participation.

Long-Term Impact

Through our project on GlobalGiving, we hope to achieve the following goals in the future 1. Enhance public awareness on the environmental protection 2. Promote the participation of diverse social forces in clean-up activities 3. Promote garbage recycling and system construction 4. Impact on corporate social responsibility 5. Establish a platform for the cross-border communication
