As the saying goes " a friend in need is a friend indeed", you became friends with Peace and her family when they were in need, you are a true friend, they now don't have to worry about what to eat or drink, nutritious food is available all the time, as a result Peace and her mum now have no challenges taking their medications on time, before this support, they could sometimes skip medication which always kept their viral load high; A high viral load is generally considered about 100,000 copies of the virus, but one could have 1 million or more. The virus is at work making copies of itself, and the disease may progress quickly.
So you see how much support you provided to save life.
