Summary

Built on church-owned land within the Accra Cathedral compound, the Constantine Foundation and the Orthodox Archdiocese are building the Pantainos Orthodox School of Theology with student dorms above the St. Nektarios Clinic, Education above, healing below. The school trains future clergy and scholars to serve African communities, sustained by modest tuition for public courses while clergy formation remains free. Every donation builds faith in action and lasting compassion across Africa.

Challenge

In Ghana, many aspiring clergy lack access to accredited theological education, while nearby communities face moral and social challenges without trained leaders. The absence of affordable institutions limits both pastoral training and community service, leaving a gap in moral guidance and sustainable faith-based development.

Solution

The Constantine African Foundation, in partnership with the Orthodox Archdiocese of Accra, is building the Pantainos Orthodox School of Theology above the St. Nektarios Clinic, education above, healing below. It trains future clergy and community leaders through practical theology, language skills, and social outreach, linking faith with service and ensuring measurable impact.

Long-Term Impact

The school creates a self-sustaining model where education and healthcare reinforce each other. Over time, trained clergy will serve in villages across Africa, teaching ethics, supporting families, and strengthening community resilience. Each donation builds a legacy of leadership and hope, where faith is learned, lived, and shared for generations.
