This year begins filled with hope and promise, ensuring that new and returning students feel welcomed into their second home. Amún Shéa has proven to be a place for growth, culture, innovation, and opportunity; a school to cultivate a new generation of youth who wants to change the world, beginning right here, in Perquin, Morazán, their own communities and through their daily actions.
This year, 114 students have joined Amún Shéa School, each of them receiving a partial scholarship, allowing them to access a unique curriculum based on problem solving and other interesting subjects such as entrepreneurship and learning to learn. Additionally, this 2026 Amún Shéa will create new clubs for students related to French, chess, music, and crochet and there are two formal invitations to participate in contests. As you can see, Amún Shéa School continues to serve as a laboratory where best practices are shared with neighboring schools to foster a wider sense of community and support.
