Mission

PEOF's mission is to transform the condition of chronic underdevelopment in rural Northern Morazan, El Salvador, Central America. We aim to do this by breaking cycles of poverty and elevating rural Salvadoran communities through innovative and pertinent education for youth. Socioeconomic development depends then on the quality of human development. That's why we invest in a multi-faceted community-level response to support development.
