3300 have planted saplings in rural school, social forest and water based ponds/pool areas during this report period. These kind of trees Neem, Punga, Vagai, Kodukkapuli, Amla, Arjuna, Vengai and Atthi and various environmental importance items. They are important in environmental and ecology concern. They were planted in Nagapattinam and Pudukkottai districts through Students, farmers, women groups and tribe people are in the planting works. Due to rain and water availability, 90% saplings are getting survival and people are involving in tree planting and rearing work.
