The Bienvenido Project January and Febraury report

The Bienvenido Project family is grateful for your generous management and collaboration, and we are pleased to report the achievements obtained.

On the 6th and 7th of January we carried out an activity with the children in which they received toys and snacks while our children enjoyed that day with their gifts.200 children and adolescents participated in the activity.

The group that visited us held workshops at the school where our children study, where they talked about values and principles that would help them continue to grow and become responsible adults in their role with themselves, with their families and in the community to which they belong. The girls had a space to talk about their value as a person, how to learn to love themselves and accept themselves as they are.

What benefits are there and how do you see The School of Music in the future?

In music classes we use the following instruments: piano, drums, guitar and we are discovering the talent that our young people have with singing.

We had a meeting of parents in which we talked to them about the school scholarship, with the families benefiting from the education program, with the scholarships, informed them that the next school year 2024 -2025 is guaranteed by This news brought a lot of happiness to the families and their children.

Your generosity makes possible the expansion of our vision “Educating, Feeding and Values development to children, adolescents and young people who live in extreme poverty to build a community of hope.

By extending love and respect to children, your generous contributions have granted a life beyond destitution for our young ones and their families.

In 2023, your generous hearts made a profound difference in: Education, ensuring that 85 children received full payment for the school year. Our feeding program served 50,464 meals, which relieved the pain and hunger of more than 150 families, reducing malnutrition, school dropouts and pregnancy in adolescents. Likewise, 150 children received backpacks and school supplies.

250 children enjoyed Christmas Day with games, lunch, two Medical Operations, the celebration of “Sueños de Princesa” (Princess Dreams) in which 16 girls participated, and the celebration of Mother's Day with an artistic show by the children including lunch and gifts for their moms.

The children participated in the Recycling and Environmental Care Workshop. The classrooms were remodeled and we renovated the physical plant.

The recipients participated in informative discussions centered on values and principles, fostering their development into responsible adults contributing positively to society. Children gained insights into their roles and responsibilities towards themselves, their families, and their communities. Additionally, girls had a platform to discuss women's issues, learning about their societal significance and embracing self-love and acceptance. We also had the opportunity to convene and listen to more than 50 men from the community sharing their dreams and enjoying a friendly time.
