We are excited about a new year and our new animal shelter. We've recently had a landscaping grant from our local Early Bird Rotary Club, which helped us get pea gravel and sod for our dog runs. This has helped us stay dry and mud-free this winter and we are truly thankful.
We have several opportunties this year to complete more of the interior finish work. This will be a great boost toward a full completion of our construction project. It will be exciting to have an HVAC for cooling and heating, and fencing and gates to complete the quarantine in-take area. There's still a bit more to do, but this is our focus this year.
We've appreciated all the support from our donors and those that attended our events in 2015. We've got some new and fun events for 2016 too.
Please check our website for events and adoptable animals. It takes a community to operate a shelter and we couldn't do it without you.
