Dear donor and friend, it’s strange, but homeless cats love schools. Somehow they feel safe on the roofs, on the ground they find enough hiding places, and the kids share their sandwiches with the bravest. Well, Gala is one of them, a sweet young ginger cat, abandoned when she got pregnant at only six or seven months. Her new home was a school with hundreds of children and she knew she had to explore the surroundings well, in order to find a quiet place to give birth. And she did!! A nice and warm room, used by the teachers to store materials for handicrafts and disguises. She jumped into a closet full of fabrics and made her nest. Everyone was amazed, but there was one problem. Vacation would start soon, so who’d feed the cat? One phone call changed her life, and we found a nice and safe foster home for Gala and her tiny three copies. She is a fierce mom, protecting and embracing her kittens all the time. Hopefully, she’ll learn to trust humans during the time of maternity, so that she can be neutered and find a forever home. Her little kittens certainly will!!!
