To Provide Education for Needy Children in INDIA

In India, We usually have 2months of summer vacation from May to June.

Children spent time at their relative's house or helped with the housework during the vacation.

The new term started in July.The Japanese couple visited and they held a special yoga lesson at school. Little children also followed their instruction and tried to use their entire body while doing yoga.They really enjoyed the class.

As they moved up to the next grade, school children got new text books and school uniforms.Children especially in 1st grade got excited and highly motivated with those materials.

Mother baby school has been operated based on the idea that any child can attend school by providing teaching materials and school uniforms for free of charge.

In March, It became very hot in Varanasi.
Despite the hot weather, students were enthusiastic about playing their favorite game "Kabaddi".They bravely played the game regardless of age or whether they're girls or boys.

In April, After an end-year exam, they started reviewing what they learned in school last year. They devoted themselves to studying so that they value all things they learned there.

In May, We held a closing ceremony and a graduation ceremony for 5th graders and report cards are handed out to all students.
We will miss the graduates and truly felt sad to think that we wouldn't be able to see them so often anymore but we sent hearty cheers to them saying "Good luck with studying at your new middle school"
