Day3 ride took us from Fukushima to Matsushima, with our riders traveling 120km and 660 meters of elevation. A shorter route than Day 2, this ride took us along the beautiful coast of Sendai and the Pacific ocean.
Day 4 started in Matsushima and finished in Ichinoseki. Our final ride of 96km and 950 meters of elevation gain culminated in meeting the children that we ride in support of. This journey could not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our riders, as well as the dedicated support from our sponsors.
Thank you for all your support on a special anniversary 500km ride!

Ready for rain!
Today proved to be quite a challenging day, presenting us with various obstacles. With the weather closing in on us, it was unanimously decided that we should take a shorter and more direct route instead of tackling the treacherous mountain pass. However, defying the consensus, approximately 20% of the riders chose to put their determination to the test and embarked on the original route, circling Lake Inawashiro and conquering the formidable Mount Adatara pass.
Remarkably, everyone successfully reached the hotel unscathed, marking the halfway point of our journey towards our destination. Stay tuned for tomorrow's update on the adventures of Day 3!
