The symphonies of change by MediaArts lab

In the Fourth quarter the lab was involved in capacity building, productions, syllabus formation and designing learning tools. A few Agastya instructors and Operation Vasantha volunteers were trained on Dhwani program. Instructors brought their teaching experience to the class and shared many good ideas for the program. The lab captured campus events like Kalaranjini, Design thinking, Happy Saturday and also some workshops which were conducted to enable Agastya’s social media campaigns.

  • The children from Gudupalli, Mittoor and A.Kothapalli School have completed storybook illustration and made the books.
  • The children from Garegachinepalli School have developed their images using enlarger.
  • The children from Kenumakanapalli School have captured many good images on selected topics.
  • The children from Sanganapalli School made a short film called "save water".

 


Abhivyakti class @ Chennai

o    The children developed their images, which were captured by analog camera, and using enlarger children enlarged their photos. 

o    We conducted Kalakootami fair in Govenment high school, Kandigai, Chennai. 

o    We involved in story illustrations workshop with IDC, IIT Mumbai.

o    We conducted storybook workshop for gifted children from Bangalore.

o    We selected six more new villages for I-Community mobile van.

o    We went to visit Cochin for biennale art fair.

o    The lab instructors engaged themselves in capacity building exercise. They made signboards related to          classroom theme.

o    Instructors from the lab were involved in capturing photographs of the campus.
