Hi,

With the help of this program “Support Media Literacy for Kids in Rural India”, Agastya aims to develop children’s critical and creative abilities.

During the quarter (October-December 2016), 738 children exposures were delivered and they participated in the following activities.

  • Students completed story scripts and started working on the storyboard for storybook.
  • Children developed pinhole camera, and they had been developed the photos, we had given the assembled Big shot camera to fix it in step by step process then the students captured the images.
  • Children penned the story and converted their story into animated video.
  • Children were trained to do audio recording according to their respective stories. They also recorded few events such as Mathematic fair conducted in Kuppam Campus.

Hope you enjoyed reading the report. We look forward to your continued support for the program.
