Since the arrival of the pandemic, the modality adopted by schools to teach classes has changed significantly. Our students have faced the challenge of studying from home without close support from a teacher.
The biggest challenge is facing the digital world and the need to have a computer at home to receive virtual classes or progress with homework. In the community we have internet centers but the cost per hour is high.
Our education program has benefited all our students by having access to the internet signal, computers available for their research for free. This year has begun to benefit basic level students to have access to a computer/laptop from their homes, our students can now work and do their homework at any time from home, and when they need an internet signal they can visit our center to meet the responsibility.
We have taken small but very significant steps to contribute to the education of the daughters and sons of our artisans. This benefit has been possible thanks to you and all our donors who join us in continuing to support the education and development of weaver families.
