Hello Everyone!
as mentioned in our earlier reports, a thousand of cutfish fingerlings at a cost of $300 where procured for the beginning of our fish farming, a 15ft by 15ft tarpaulin water tank was also purchased at a coast of $1000 to start with the farming will we work on concrete fish pond! A fish feed purchased at a cost of $500 was also secured to ensure food for the fish!
As all was set with the sample fish farm with the tarpaulin,
we begun to reconstruct out congrate pond for durability!
two of the ponds are ready the much bigger fish have been transferred into the congrate pond. However, we did not reach our funding goal and because of that, we are not able to complete the remaining ponds.
also we are to fence the pond to prevent flooding and also get some equipment to help facilitate the smooth running process!
again, 15% of the funding we get goes directly to GlobalGiving and this significantly affected out budget!
but we are hopeful, our goal will be achieved and also hoping our next fundraising efforts will not be through GlobalGiving
thank you all!
