Project Report | Oct 27, 2015
You changed 1,200 lives!

By Lauren Poinier | Executive Director

Because of donors like you, Word Rebel is donating 1,200 books to children (age 0 - 5) living in poverty in NYC! It get's better! Every single hard cover Disney Storybook contains 19 classic stories. That means 1,200 low-income parents now have 19 stories to choose from at bedtime.

Thank you again for making story-time and equal opportunity possible for the kids who need it most.

SPREAD THE WORD: Please consider forwarding the project link to friends and family eager to get involved.

Thanks to our partnership with First Book, every $10 donation now provides 5 books! We are also excited to announce we are on AmazonSmile! Do your online shopping via Amazon Smile and .5% of your purchase will help close the achievement gap:

  1. Visit: smile.amazon.com
  2. Sign in to choose your charity
  3. Select “Word Rebel Incorporated”
  4. Bookmark smile.amazon.com (not amazon.com) for future shopping!

Sincerely,

Lauren
