Spreeha's Million Smiles Club and Mission 2020: to inspire a million lives!

At this very moment, half of the 7.4 billion people on the planet are living in poverty. In Bangladesh alone, 49 million people go hungry each night, 6 million are still jobless and 4 million children are out of school. There are thousands of communities still underprivileged and fighting to survive. With every year that passes, these numbers rise and they will continue to do so if we don’t step forward!

Spreeha Bangladesh fights to give these communities a chance. Our mission here is simple: to empower those in need. But this task is not one we can achieve alone. What do we need? The answer is YOU.

By 2020, we aim to bring change to a million lives and we will do this with your help. Join the Million Smiles Club and come together for a million smiles!

Spreeha Bangladesh screens world premiere of film "Threads"

On 10th February Spreeha Bangladesh successfully screened the world premiere (Bangla version) of Kantha Productions LLC's Threads: The Art and Life of Surayia Rahman. The documentary showcased how Surayia's passion for her art, nakshi kantha helped build a life of dignity, self-sufficiency and independence for herself and the hundreds of women who trained under her. Students of Spreeha's adolescent girls' project, Progga enthusiastically attended the event along with many external guests.
