Dear donor,
The ÇYDD Mentorship Project, initiated in 2012, has been continuing for 13 years with the aim of contributing to the personal development of our youth. Over the course of the project, more than 4,000 mentor-mentee matches have been made. Each year, the increasing number of participating branches and matches allows more young individuals to benefit from the project.
Mentor and mentee training sessions were completed in November and familiarization meetings took place in December at branch levels. Supervision meetings began in January.
A specialized Team Coaching Training program, consisting of three modules, was introduced for branch project coordinators to enhance management effectiveness.
The monitoring, follow-up, and evaluation processes continue alongside ongoing mentor-mentee meetings.
