Dear Donor,
We exceeded our goal of 200 pairs for 2017-2018 and reached 254 menti-mentor pairs. So far 795 pairs benefited from the project.
We are very happy with the demand for our project but we now need to develop the technical infrastructure of our web platform to pair the increasing number of menti and mentor applications. We are doing a market research for a good partner to update our web platform and a good offer. We hope to start next year fully equipped.
In the meantime, we are organizing various trainings for our menti students; subject of the February training is "Career planning", of March "Presentation techniques" and of April will be "Emotional intelligence". We will be telling you about the feedback from these trainings in our next report.
We need your continued support as we will be spending a good part of our budget on the web infrastructure this year.
