We are delighted to share that, since our last update, the first cohort of the WILL Program has successfully concluded.
Over the past year, a group of talented women leaders participated in an intensive development program combining international and Hungarian expertise, executive mentoring, and a strong peer community. Seeing our first cohort graduate has been an important milestone, not only for the participants, but also for our Foundation, which has worked for years to make this vision a reality.
One of the achievements we are most proud of is the exceptionally positive feedback we received from participants. Throughout the program, every learning day was evaluated, resulting in consistently high participant satisfaction, with most sessions receiving close to the maximum possible rating.
Many participants highlighted that the program did not simply provide new knowledge, it changed the way they think about leadership, influence, networking and their own careers. Practical applicability was mentioned repeatedly, with participants describing how they immediately began applying new approaches in stakeholder management, strategic networking, negotiation and executive communication. These themes emerged consistently throughout the evaluation of the entire program.
The completion of the first cohort also gave us a unique opportunity to learn. We conducted a comprehensive evaluation covering every session, every speaker and the overall participant journey. Based on this feedback, we have already refined the curriculum, improved the structure of several modules, enhanced our digital learning platform, and introduced a number of improvements that will make the next cohort even stronger. Our goal is to continuously improve the program rather than simply repeat it.
While celebrating the successful completion of our first cohort, our team is already working intensively on the next one. With the application process now completed, we are focusing on the extensive preparations that will ensure an even stronger experience for the second cohort. Drawing on the lessons learned from our comprehensive first-year evaluation, we are refining the curriculum, coordinating our faculty and mentors, and fine-tuning every aspect of the participant journey.
We are also honoured that the work of the WILL Foundation received European recognition through the European Enterprise Promotion Awards. We see this recognition not as a finish line, but as encouragement to continue building opportunities for women leaders in Hungary.
As we prepare to welcome our second cohort, we are more convinced than ever that investing in women leaders creates lasting impact, not only for the participants themselves, but also for the organisations and communities they lead.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
