We support women in advancing their careers and strengthening their impact as leaders through education, mentoring, research, advocacy, and professional networks. Our work also engages employers and decision-makers in understanding and addressing the barriers women face in reaching senior leadership positions. Our flagship initiative, the Women in Leadership League (WILL) Program, launched in September 2025, supports both experienced women managers preparing for executive roles and senior leaders seeking to develop further. It combines international executive education through Harvard University’s Division of Continuing Education with locally delivered workshops, individual mentoring, career planning, and opportunities to build lasting professional relationships. Scholarships help make the program accessible to women who would otherwise face financial barriers to participation. Alongside the WILL Program, we conduct and share research, organize professional discussions and events, and build a community of participants, alumni, mentors, and partners committed to expanding opportunities for women in leadership.
