The WILL Program has reached an important milestone: our first cohort completed its learning journey in June 2026, and our second cohort began this September.
The first year gave us valuable evidence of what participants find most useful. Across 19 teaching blocks in the Hungarian module, evaluations averaged 4.81 out of 5, with an average session recommendation rate of 95%. Written feedback highlighted practical tools for stakeholder management, negotiation, executive communication, and leading change.
Participants particularly valued opportunities to discuss their own leadership challenges and learn from one another. The relationships formed during the year are now providing the foundation for our alumni community, extending opportunities for peer learning beyond the formal training.
We also carefully reviewed suggestions for improvement. These findings are informing the next cycle’s content and delivery, with particular attention to practical exercises, participants’ own business cases, and time for discussion and reflection.
The second cohort is now underway. Participants have completed their Boston learning experience, including executive education through Harvard University’s Division of Continuing Education, and have begun the Hungarian workshops. The combination of international learning, local leadership development, and individual mentoring remains central to our approach.
Our focus in the coming months is to support this new cohort, strengthen our alumni community, and continue improving the learning experience. Scholarship funding remains an important priority, helping make participation possible for women who face financial barriers.
Thank you for following our work and our commitment to expanding opportunities for women in leadership.
