1. Status
In July 2021, the fourth COVID-19 pandemic began in South Korea.
On July 21, 2021, there were 1,784 confirmed cases of COVID-19, the most in one day.
Last week it was a one-third delta mutation. Vaccination was completed by one-third. However, the number of infections is increasing.
2. Solution
The goal of this project is to support the medical field.
At Seoul National University Hospital, we received opinions that the medical masks (N-95) and dental masks we applied were sufficient.
The supported masks are being used at living treatment facilities, medical sites, screening stations, and each ward.
Supported items are as follows.
-N-95 Mask (for medical staff): 4,000 sheets
-Dental masks (for users of examination centers and medical institutions): 91,120 sheets
Existing support masks are still in use.
Mask donations continue.
New support was requested from Seoul National University Hospital.
The request is for self-quarantine support for medical staff.
Medical staff must undergo self-quarantine for 2 weeks after being put on the scene of COVID-19.
However, the cost of self-quarantine is not enough.
Therefore, the money delivered this year is made to support medical staff (doctors, nurses).
The cost received this year is 500,000 Korean won,
This cost is for one person to self-quarantine for one week.
(lodging, disinfection, food expenses, etc.)
3. Summary of results;
Photos were not delivered.
Please understand that it is not possible to take separate photos of self-isolation facilities, which are accommodation facilities, for reasons of personal information and portrait rights.
