KASC COVID-19 Response -2nd Report-

By Joo young Lee | Project Leader / KASC

1. Summary
Since the past week, more than 300 cases of COVID-19 occur every day in Korea. Compared to the report provided in July, the total number of confirmed cases increased by 2.2 times. So, the social distance level in the Seoul and Gyeonggi Province have been adjusted upward.

2. Solution
As with the increase in the number of confirmed cases, the number of testers for confirmation also increased. We supported the screening clinic with the original purpose of the project. It was used for medical staffs at Seoul National University Hospital, screening clinic workers, and children hospital visiting patients (children and adults).

3. Summarizing the results,
Surpport were made on September 8th and medical staffs purchased masks directly.
-Dental (surgery) mask: 33,700sheets purchase
-Currently in use at for screening clinic & children hospital.
-In the last report, a picture of the screening clinic was attached. This time, we attach a picture of the children hospital.

Thanks to GolbalGiving, Ford & Ford fund, and Ford dealers for participating.
I would like to express my deepest gratitude to overseas individual donor of this project again.
We wish to take one step closer to the end of COVID-19 this year.

Always be healthy.

*I want to show more photos, but please understand that I only send photos that have been approved by the hospital and individuals.
