1. Summary
In South Korea, up to 1,200 confirmed cases of COVID-19 per day occurred in December 2020. It is about four times higher than in September 2020. Currently, about 300 to 400 people are confirmed every day. As of March 25, 2021 (tomorrow), the number of COVID-19 confirmed cases will exceed 100,000.
2. Solution
Vaccination began in February 2021. However, the number of confirmed COVID-19 patients is not declining yet.
The Seoul National University Hospital that we supported is undergoing screening and vaccination.
The masks we supported are being used for medical staff at Seoul National University Hospital, screening tests for medical staff, and patients visiting pediatric hospitals (children and adults).
3. Summary of results,
The funds raised in 2020 were used as follows.
-N-95 mask (for medical staff): 4,000 sheets
-Dental mask (for screening stations and medical institution users): 91,120 sheets
