Dear our valued supporters and donors,

Thank you for your kind donation in 2018 and the first month of 2019, we were able to organize many meaningful activities in November, December in 2018 and also January in 2019 for both local nonprofit and business communities in Vietnam. We are excited to share with you some snapshots from these events:

1. LIN's Cross-Sector Partnerships Coffee Series

Following in the footsteps of our annual conference “How Doing Good is Good for Business 2018”, LIN organized the very first Cross-Sector Partnership Coffee Series with three events which took place in November and December. This series also marked the final part of our Cross-sector partnerships facilitation activities in 2018.

Our speakers came from many sectors including Supply Chain, NGO/NPO, F&B, Investment, and Technology. With the participation of experienced leaders from diverse sectors, they provided insight on re-shaping the importance of leadership in regards to both business and community development, highlighted how leaders can leverage their influence individually and on an organizational scale, and lessons learned on creating impact on sustainability within Vietnam’s local communities.

2. [NPO Coffee Talk] "HOW TO ENGAGE THE PUBLIC INTO YOUR NPO PROJECT?"

The NPO cafe titled “Communication Methods for NPOs’ Projects” was held on 15th December with the participation of Ms Dinh Thi Vu Trinh - CEO from SECC. At the event, she shared about efficient communication methods and experiences in working with celebrities and the youth with more than 30 participants from local nonprofit organization - who are facing the current problems of lacking of human resources, affecting the quality of communication activities, internally and externally. We hope after this talk, attendants will have a clear picture of what they should do to accomplish great results on communication within NPO organizations.

3. Gala Happy Hour NPO 2018

Gala Happy Hour NPO 2018 was organized on Friday, January 4, 2019 in a cozy and open atmosphere with many inspirational sharings by more than 140 individuals / organizations from local non-profit sector, social enterprises and media who are interested in community development activities.

Gala Happy Hour NPO 2018 - NONPROFIT 4.0 ending with the committed continuing connection and sharing within the community. It echoes the collective efforts in spreading information, knowledge and passion of both LIN and local nonprofit community. Motivating all of us to overcome many challenges of non-profit organizations and its important actors in 2019.

In the meantime, Happy Lunar New Year! We really hope you will continue to support us and our mission in “Connecting All Sectors for a Resilient Vietnam."
