YoungArts has a new headquarters!

By Elaine Parker | Assistant Director of Development

YoungArts Week 2013 Schedule
YoungArts Week 2013 Schedule

We are excited to be able to announce that we have just moved into our new home in Miami, which will serve as YoungArts official headquarters.  Having a permanent home will enable us to continue the expansion of YoungArts' programs and activities, including the addition of a new discipline - architecture and design, to our existing nine disciplines of music, dance, film, jazz, photography, theater, visual arts, voice and writing.

We plan for our new campus to have an art gallery; art ehibitions with free admission; and year-round public programs and workshops.  We also have plans for the multi-disciplinary arts complex to include the creation of a public park with video projection capabilities and arts programming for the benefit of our community.  Our goal is to transform the property, which consists of three buildings and a large plaza, into a thriving arts and cultural center dedicated to nurturing and inspiring talented young artists from around the country.  If you happen to live in - or are planning to visit Miami, we hope you will visit us for a tour of our new campus!

And, please be sure to SAVE THE DATE for YoungArts Week 2013: January 6 - 12, 2013.

Thank you to all who support our mission!
