This project aims to improve access to quality education for girls across Ghana by removing key barriers such as poverty, lack of school resources, and social challenges. Many girls face difficulties staying in school due to financial constraints, limited support, and societal pressures. This project will provide educational support, mentorship, and advocacy to ensure girls can stay in school, complete their education, and reach their full potential.
Despite progress, many girls in Ghana still face challenges in accessing and completing their education. Factors such as poverty, early marriage, lack of school supplies, and limited encouragement often lead to school dropouts. This limits their future opportunities and contributes to cycles of poverty and inequality.
This project will support girls through provision of school materials, mentorship programs, and community awareness initiatives. It will also engage parents and community leaders to promote the importance of girls' education. By addressing both financial and social barriers, the project will help girls remain in school and succeed academically.
The project will increase school retention and completion rates among girls. Educated girls are more likely to become economically independent, contribute to their communities, and support future generations. Over time, this will help reduce poverty, promote gender equality, and drive national development.
