So far in 2023, APLAFA has incorporated three new women as beneficiaries of the Maternal and Infant Care Project in Panama.
On this occasion, the beneficiaries are from the province of Panama Oeste.
With the project, APLAFA has covered the first appointments for the control of her pregnancy, ultrasound scans, laboratory expenses, gynecology services, among others.
APLAFA is a non-profit, non-governmental organization that, in addition to providing sexual and reproductive health, works so that its family health clinics are safe spaces, where information can be received without any type of stigma and discrimination; for this reason, the benefited users of the Maternal and Child Care Project in Panama have also received orientation and counseling spaces with our specialized teams sensitive to various situations of vulnerability.
