Challenge

Beryl has caused devastation in the Caribbean, with at least 11 fatalities & widespread disruptions. In Carriacou, Grenada, Beryl destroyed 95% of housing & local businesses. In St. Vincent & the Grenadines 90% of homes are damaged. Jamaica is experiencing damages affecting over 400,000 people. Barbados saw damage to fishing industry. The aftermath is a humanitarian crisis with thousands displaced, injured, or killed, amidst widespread infrastructure devastation & mounting health concerns.

Solution

Donations will provide immediate aid, food, water, shelter & medical care, supporting the rebuilding of homes, schools & infrastructure. Help revive local economies, fund medical care services & support long-term community development. Essential items like clothing & hygiene products will be provided, & debris removal efforts will be supported. Local organizations & first responders will be empowered, & livelihoods will be restored. Donations will build resilience to future disasters.

Long-Term Impact

Donations will have lasting effects by rebuilding homes, restoring infrastructure, and supporting economic recovery in the Caribbean post-Hurricane Beryl. Long-term, they'll help communities regain stability, improve resilience against future disasters, and ensure sustainable development for vulnerable populations.
