A new school year started and many families couldn’t afford the basics.
Along with our partners we started giving out school packs.
We gave each child a complete school set: sportswear, blouses, shirts, shoes, socks, uniforms,stationery, notebooks, pens, pencil cases, pencils, paper, cardboard, sensors, sharpeners and much more
Thanks to your kind donations in Ukraine through our partner Children’s Hearts we helped more than 400 children to start school.
Parents and children expressed their gratitude to everyone who participated in this charitable activity, if it weren’t for people like you, many children from poor families would simply not be ready for school, and children would be bullied by their classmates for not having basic things. Now they are proud and confident that they will look exactly the same as everyone else.
In Siberia the situation was the same. Families were struggling to pay for school supplies, parents had to buy textbooks, stationery and school uniforms.
Maria is raising her 4 children alone, she is struggling financially. She was so grateful when through our partner Helping Hands, Siberia we provided school supplies for her children. She asked us to thank you for the love and support to families and children like hers.
