As temperatures drop the need for warm clothes is more urgent.
Through our partner at Children's Hearts,Ukraine we provided warm clothes for more than 60 children.
All children received winter coats, hats, gloves, vests, winter boots, socks, tights. All families that received winter clothes, boots and even hats couldn’t stop saying thank you for such help.
Some children were still wearing summer shoes when they came to get their winter clothes and we’ve already had snow outside.
David who is only one year old, was waiting for his feet to grow so that he could wear his older sister’s boots. But when he’s got his own NEW boots that no one wore before, he was over the moon with joy. It is such a wonderful feeling to see joy and happiness in children’s eyes! David always had cold hands in winter and now he has new warm gloves to keep them warm.
His mum said: ‘Not only give these children everyday items but you give them happier childhood.’
Another mum who has many children couldn’t believe that all of them will have winter clothes this year. Some children received dungarees and were so happy that they will not be cold or wet when playing in snow.
Your donations have enabled us to help children stay warm this winter.
Thank you so much for your support.
