House Hunting

Starting the New House Hunt

While we have a long way to go to reach our goal, we've started our house hunting. A new friendship with the local International School has us narrowing our search and we're very excited about the prospects. Our new facility will expand us from 8 to 20 beds as well as provide the much needed room for expanded education and activity programs.

Police Training - Strengthening our Partnerships

The anti-trafficking and counter-trafficking efforts are still very young in the nation of Indonesia with foundational pieces just starting to come into place. In April of 2012, CF is introducing an initial police training program focusing on victim sensitivity, victim identification and trafficking investigation. These are encouraging steps that we believe, in time, will have our new home filled with those needing long-term care toward the rebuilding of their futures.
