We support children with Cerebral Palsy, abandonment, neglect and malnutrition. For 13 years we have provided HOME, care, food, clothing, recreation and psychosocial support to children with CP from less privileged families. More than 50 children have received rehabilitation, care, love, education and support that lead to a happy child. Many of these children have gone to school. With your support, more children can have a home, acceptance, love and care and make their dreams a reality.
Discrimination, neglect, and lack of care leave them marginalized and vulnerable. Sadly, the numbers experiencing neglect, abandonment, malnutrition, and poverty rise daily. These systemic issues, compounded by limited access to education, demand urgent intervention. Many children with Cerebral Palsy (CP) suffer from various abuse, and face very harsh reality in Nigeria. Neglect and lack of care is ever-present threat in their lives, leaving these children exposed to harm on a daily basis.
At SECHILD Center, we provide a nurturing environment for children with Cerebral Palsy, offering shelter, love, and holistic support. Currently, we care for 30 children, ensuring they receive both physical and emotional care. We also support parents and caregivers, providing essential services such as food, clothing, education, and psychosocial support. Our commitment to upholding children's rights and their well-being underscores everything we do, as we strive to create a brighter future
SECHILD's commitment spans more than a decade, offering shelter, home, care, and support to over 50 children with Cerebral Palsy (CP). We provide vital services such as psychosocial support, education, and therapy to combat discrimination and reduce abandonment. Recognizing the importance of family support, we extend our efforts to caregivers, aiming to create a nurturing environment where children with CP can flourish and reach their full potential.
