As we have informed you in previous report, our families in need, who joined the the programme of self-sustainability have been granted the new greenhouses made of quality glass.
The families were encouraged to start growing of warm-requiring plants as tomatoes, cucumber and garden pepper.
The first task for families was to build the greenhouse on the solid base. Next it's up to decision of the family, if she uses the vegetable for own processing or sale at the markets. All families are sucessfull with growing and looking forward to their crop.
Some families have also decided to try vertical gardening, especially with supportive construction for hokkaido growing. Vertical gardening enables higher yields on smaller field area.
