Rare Gem Talent School is a school under the Dyslexia Organization of Kenya. The school is located in Kitengela, Kajiado County, Kenya. The school caters for children with dyslexia and other learning difficulties

The school is currently on a leased ¼-acre piece of land.  The space occupies the classes, boardrooms, and Kitchen for pre-school, primary, and secondary school.  Through a bank loan, the school acquired a 1-acre piece of land where the school complex construction is going on which will include a block classroom, the assessment center, and boarding rooms for both girls and boys in primary and secondary school.  All the funds are channeled towards the construction as moving to the new place is urgent. The current school has become too small to accommodate the growing number of children. The lease contract is coming to end and the monthly rent is too expensive to maintain.

The cost of construction has been tremendously affected by the increased prices of materials attributed to COVID-19 and increase fuel prices.  The food prices have doubled which has affected the
