Dormaa children's Home is an orphanage in a town called Dormaa Ahenkro in Ghana of West Africa. The orphanage takes care of orphans in the vicinity of the town who are brought to the orphanage facility. The orphanage provide shelter, feeding, healthcare and education at no cost to children. Our goal is to take care of disadvantaged children in this part of the world which is often characterized by extreme poverty. We rely on small donors to take care of the orphans.
This area of Ghana is rural and very poor. Children who have the misfortune of having dead parents suffer and often lack proper care for basic necessities like: Shelter, food, education and healthcare.
The orphanage has constructed a building that houses the orphanage children. The orphanage provides the children with all the basic needs of life, including: Shelter, feeding, education, healthcare and entertainment.
It is our hope that the children in the facility will grow to become responsible adults in society
